Elle doit \u00eatre souscrite avant le commencement des travaux.<\/p>\n<p>Elle comporte 3 principales garanties \u00e0 savoir&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La responsabilit\u00e9 civile du fait du chantier qui couvre les dommages corporels et ou mat\u00e9riels pouvant \u00eatre caus\u00e9s aux tiers&nbsp;: limite de couverture \u00e0 convenir entre les parties en pr\u00e9cisant les capitaux assur\u00e9s en cas de d\u00e9c\u00e8s\/ invalidit\u00e9 par \u00e9v\u00e9nement, par victime et par p\u00e9riode d\u2019assurance qui correspond \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e du chantier;<\/li>\n<li>Les dommages \u00e0 l\u2019ouvrage en cours de r\u00e9alisation&nbsp;: il s\u2019agit de couvrir les divers d\u00e9g\u00e2ts pouvant survenir pendant la phase de construction jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9ception provisoire.
